Steve has served as a real estate/business loan advisor and worked with businesses for over 25 years. He is the publisher of The Working Capital Guide and The Commercial Mortgage Loan Guide. Prior to founding AEX Commercial Financing Group, Steve served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps and as a business finance consultant. Steve received a BA degree in Business Psychology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of California (Los Angeles).
